Returns

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method. You may be asked to provide your bank account details to complete the refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact us using the details below.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
